Chef Wyatt brings a heightened taste to Maine’s ever changing seasonal bounty featuring the finest seafood, produce, and foraged ingredients, while Daniel Gorlas’s personal service warms the classic waterfront dining room, housed in a restored historic maritime building, recently rebuilt brick by brick.
Full buyouts include the entire restaurant (dining area, patio, plaza bar). The patio or the plaza bar can be rented on its own with the stipulation that the inside of the restaurant will be open to the public.
The expanding Prentice Hospitality Group owns and operates Evo Kitchen + Bar, Chebeague Island Inn, Fore Points Marina Bar, and most recently acquired House Island – a 15 acre private island off the coast of Portland Maine for events.
