About Us
John and Sara Berkeley acquired The Boothbay Playhouse in September of 2020. They recognized there was a need for event and meeting space in the midcoast area and began renovations of the historical playhouse. Bringing their own touch of elegance, and integrating modern conveniences while still embracing the structure’s historical roots. The results of this renovation is the picturesque venue you see today.
