The Maine Irish Heritage Center is one of Portland’s most iconic landmarks. On our upper level, the Great Hall (4,500 sq ft) has soaring cathedral ceilings, spacious antique white oak seating, and stunning stained glass windows. It’s a memorable venue for weddings, concerts, theater and music performances. Below it, is a large 4,725 sq ft Function Hall with state of the art sound and endless set-up possibilities. It’s perfect for receptions, banquets, concerts, lectures, book launches, anniversary and graduation parties, celebrations of life, film screenings, and more.
We have two smaller spaces which are perfect for club, board gatherings, conferences and other types of meetings. The Library is 650 sq ft and the Bride’s Room is 225 sq ft. There is a spacious kitchen with plenty of surface room for plating prepared food to serve to your guests.
