Get Up & Go Improv leads vibrant, approachable, and highly participatory team-building sessions for organizations of all types—from corporations and nonprofits to formal leadership retreats and casual staff gatherings.
Using accessible improv-based exercises, participants practice active listening, spontaneous collaboration, confident communication, adaptability, and creative problem-solving while sharing a genuinely enjoyable experience. Programs are flexible and customized to each client’s goals, group size, schedule, and experience level.
No performance background is needed or expected. Extroverts, introverts, and everyone in between can participate fully without being pressured to perform or be funny.
Lead facilitator Adam Groppman is a Second City Los Angeles–trained improviser with extensive experience teaching, facilitating groups, and creating supportive, engaging experiences. He has led improv classes and team-building programs in Maine and throughout New England.
