Group | Meetings

The Group Marketing Team hosts meetings every six weeks (except during a summer hiatus in July and August).

Held at a member venue, the purpose is to learn about:
Trends in the industry
Upcoming meetings or conventions
Status of leads
Upcoming marketing and trade show opportunities
Share news from your own establishment

Attended by a diverse group of members, very often productive partnering conversations take place.

Breakfast or lunch is served; invitations are sent out two weeks and then one week prior.

Leisure | Visitors

Your chance to gather as a group of tourism businesses and learn about trends and marketing efforts in leisure travel. Tourism Marketing Meetings are hosted four times per year for our Visit Portland members who market to the Leisure Traveler.

The purpose of these meetings is to:
Inform the group of our current marketing efforts
Present relevant industry updates
Outline marketing opportunities available
Provide our members with the opportunity to give feedback on our marketing efforts
Share news from your own establishment

Attended by a diverse group of members, very often productive partnering conversations take place.

Invitations are sent out two weeks prior to the meeting, RSVP’s are encouraged.
