SpOoKy Yoga in the Park

Celebrate All Saints Day with a little mischief and movement! Take your costume out for one final spin and join us for a playful Halloween-themed yoga class in Payson Park. We’ll move, breathe, laugh, and enjoy the crisp fall air — plus yes, there will be candy. Costumes encouraged. All levels welcome — spooky spirits, friendly ghosts, and practical humans included.

Date: Saturday, November 1st Time: 10:00–11:00 AM Location: Payson Park, Portland, ME Pre-registration encouraged! That way I can email you about any last minute updates and you have the exact directions to find us in the park. Expect a playful, lighthearted yoga class outdoors among the fall leaves. This class is held outdoors. Dress in layers, maybe bring a blanket or some slippers to keep cozy. If weather is uncooperative, registered participants will be notified via email.
