You’ll start in the garden gathering seasonal produce, then head to the kitchen to make a simple brine and explore different flavor combos. You’ll learn the basics of pickling, tips for keeping things safe and tasty, and how to get creative beyond just cucumbers. You’ll leave with your own jar and the confidence to keep the pickling going at home.

Members: $25, General Public: $30. Workshop will be in the Smith Center Kitchen at Wolfe’s Neck Center.
