Welcome to Maine’s sixth annual Seaweed Week! From Friday, April 19th, through Sunday, April 28th, find seaweed food and drink specials – from kelp burgers to craft cocktails – and unique events like seaweed cooking workshops and farm tours, celebrating this sustainable superfood across the state! With over 70 businesses participating annually, Seaweed Week is the largest seaweed food and drink festival in North America.
