Learn to Shuck with a Farmer

A great way to spend happy hour! Classes are led by a local oyster farmer and include – step by step hands on instruction, overview on the Maine oyster, and local farming methods. Enjoy 12 Maine Oysters per person (a variety from different farms). Oyster toppings include cocktail sauce, lemon, horseradish, hot sauce and our very own chef’s homemade mignonette!
