Gather with friends and family for a celebration filled with the vibrant flavors, traditions, and warm hospitality of Ethiopia. This special evening offers a behind the scenes coffee roastery tour and tasting with one of Coffee By Design’s professional roasters followed by a traditional Ethiopian dinner prepared by Ethiopian Chef Aklilu of Niyat Catering who will share the stories behind the dishes, the ingredients, and the customs that make the Ethiopian New Year such a meaningful celebration.

• 6:00–6:30 p.m. – Behind-the-Scenes Roastery Tour • 6:30–7:00 p.m. – Guided Tasting of Three Ethiopian Coffees • 7:00–8:30 p.m. – Traditional Ethiopian Family-Style Dinner by Niyat Catering This intimate event is limited to just 24 guests, creating an evening of conversation, learning, and shared experiences. $55 per person includes the roastery tour, guided coffee tasting, and traditional Ethiopian dinner.
