The night will feature freshly-shucked Maine oysters, as well as classic New Orleans preparations like chargrilled oysters, Rockefeller, and a rich, comforting oyster stew. Sip your way through a thoughtfully curated wine station and a lively mocktail, all with a story to tell. You’ll meet local oyster farmers, learn all about the trade routes between Maine and Louisiana, and indulge in great music and bold flavors.
