About The Briny Babe
Jacqueline Clarke is an experienced oyster educator and aquaculture entrepreneur who has spent more than 20 years immersed in the seafood industry. Based in Portland, Maine, she is the co-owner of Nor’Easter Oyster Co, as well as the marketing consultant for SoPo Seafood. With experience spanning oyster farming, seafood processing, and hospitality, she is passionate about connecting guests to the people, places, and flavors that define the Maine coast.
