Proud winners of a blind taste test conducted by Yale University, we beat one of Connecticut’s top Pilsners, with judges unable to tell our gluten-free beer from its gluten-containing counterpart. We have our own gluten-free food partnership with our next-door neighbors at the award-winning Bite into Maine, voted one of the top lobster rolls in the United States and featured in Travel + Leisure magazine, Bon Appétit, and The New York Times.
