Option #1: Small group wedding ceremony aboard our vessel MARIE L. This is great for a group of up to 16-17. We can do everything on board, including sightseeing and motoring to a nice spot in Casco Bay for the ceremony, drinks, and food. Food options include catering from our chef, or (on days they are open) 2- or 3-course meals delivered hot and made to order right to the boat from Crown Jewel on Great Diamond Island. (Note: we offer a ‘Pick 3’ Dining cruise out to Crown Jewel Thursdays – Saturdays all summer, and it’s a lot of fun and a great way to dine out in a private, socially distanced setting).
Pricing depends on what’s included, but starts at $750 for 3 hrs of boat time for a wedding cruise, and goes up with addition of food/drinks/ etc. Pricing can be offered on a per person basis if preferred.
Option #2: Wed at Fort Scammel on House Island. The fort is privately owned and makes a fantastic setting for a small wedding. We can provide transportation for the wedding, etc. (again, we are also the exclusive provider of boat tours that include a stop at Fort Scammel with private guided tours-this is another great option for locals and those visiting who are looking for a nice private experience).
Pricing for weddings at Fort Scammel start at $2,000 for the venue, $250/hr for boat time for transportation, and we can add in food and drinks through our catering contacts.
