Overnight Elopement Wedding Package
Each night’s stay in the 8 Bedroom, 4 ½ bathroom Austin House is only $1,250.00 per night plus $250.00 cleaning fee & 9% Maine State Lodging tax. Overnight guest maximum is 16 people.
Elopement Packages are for a maximum of 50 people, wedding party & guests combined
50% Deposit upon signing plus Security Deposit $2000.00 returnable after property inspection

– The Austin House; 8 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms. Check-in 12 noon –check-out 10 am- Bridal Suite for bride & bridesmaids to get ready
– Great Room for groom & groomsmen to get ready

– Outdoor in-ground pool & deck
– 160-acre property for walking, running or biking with access to Saco River frontage
– Saco River frontage for fishing, swimming or kayaking (2 kayaks/adult life vests available)
– Option for onsite Rehearsal Dinner/Bar service or day after the wedding Brunch Service (See additional contracts for menu options/price)
Alcohol/beverage Service is Mandatory & provided by River Winds Farm with separate contract, not included in this package price. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
Prop Room Extras: Unlike many venues, included in your booking is total access to River Winds Prop Room inventory which includes; birch or copper arbor, a variety of eclectic antique furniture & seating, picture frames & lanterns (can be hung in apple trees), yard games & much more.
White Wedding Tent (optional): 40’ x 60’ White Wedding Tent – $1000.00 Rental
Performance Stage (optional): 11 x 8 with 8 x 4 frontage – $300.00 Rental
Gas BBQ Grille (optional): – $60.00 Grille Rental, $40.00 for Propane Tank Rental
Catering Warming Box (optional): 6’ Electric (w/o Sheet Pans) – $100.00 Rental
