Thames Landing

Thames Landing is a family-owned, modern New England restaurant on Portland’s East End waterfront, steps from the Ocean Gateway terminal and the Eastern Prom.

About Us

Opened in 2024 by Mark and Renae Roy, the family behind Navis Café next door, it serves handmade coastal fare built around local seafood, quality meats, and seasonal vegetables – think lobster rolls, seared scallops, haddock chowder, Wagyu petit filet, and a smash burger worth the trip. The glass-walled dining room is bright and airy, and the expansive heated patio stays open year-round, with private igloos that make winter dining a Portland highlight. Lunch and dinner are served daily, with brunch on weekends and a craft cocktail program led by a much-loved espresso martini.

For groups, Thames Landing hosts rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and corporate events in its private dining room, on the patio, or as a full buyout for up to 100 guests.
