Bite Into Maine

We started Bite into Maine in 2011 with just the two of us in our 72 sq. ft. cart in historic Fort Williams Park. After trying many of the lobster rolls across the state of Maine we discovered that variety was often lacking, and wanted to bring some fun and delicious spins on this Maine staple! Whether trying our traditional or nontraditional styles (think wasabi, curry, and chipotle), we aim to make your experience the best lobster roll you’ve had. We source only fresh Maine lobster, and make all our flavored mayos in house.
