This exhibit traces the evolution of how we move—and how movement has transformed our streets, waterfronts, and the very fabric of where we live. Transportation didn’t just connect places; it opened economic and cultural links that attracted visitors, new residents, and businesses, weaving Portland into regional and global networks.
