Support local sea farmers by visiting Scarborough’s Farmers Market to meet Alexus and Flo of Indigo Oyster Co. Right outside of South Portland visit Indigo Oyster Company (IOC) at the Scarborough Farmers Market. Meet two female farmers, and hear about the sea to table pipeline. To complete the Greater Portland experience, get some oysters and an oyster shucking kit from IOC.
