Your evening begins with Cocktail & Mocktail Hour from 5:00–6:00 PM, where you’ll enjoy a cheese-and-cracker platter with fresh fruit while mingling with friends before dinner.
At 6:00 PM, we’ll serve a delicious Hawaiian-inspired dinner featuring:

Then at 6:30 PM, Under The Covers takes the stage for an evening of live music and dancing. Throughout the night, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in optional games with fun prizes. Whether you’re coming to dance, enjoy a wonderful dinner, or simply spend a summer evening with great friends, this promises to be one of the Italian Heritage Center’s most enjoyable events of the season.
