On Thursday, August 20, Concerts on Congress returns with an evening of live music in the heart of Portland. Beginning at 4:30 p.m. in Monument Square, Portland Downtown is proud to present Catcha Vibe, Maine’s favorite reggae and world fusion band, known for their infectious rhythms, energetic performances, and feel-good vibes.

Concerts on Congress is a collaborative summer music series presented by the Portland Museum of Art, State Theatre, Friends of Congress Square Park, One Longfellow Square, and Portland Downtown.

5pm Tall Heights, electrofolk duo based in Boston at the Portland Museum of Art’s Shaw Family Sculpture Park, presented by State Theatre
