Spirits Alive is happy to support and host a part of this important celebration. Join us for the opening ceremony of a larger celebration as we honor Black ancestors by laying flowers on their graves and sharing prayers, songs, and words of remembrance. This gathering celebrates local history and recognizes the lives and contributions of Black Mainers whose stories have too often been overlooked. The first part of a day-long celebration.
