Evo Kitchen + Bar

Evo Kitchen + Bar
Welcome to Evo, serving a modern fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines. With a chic, energetic vibe Evo puts an unconventional twist on the traditional.

Inspired by the exotic spices and flavors of the Levantine region—including Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Armenia, Cyprus and Turkey—Evo introduces a unique culinary experience to the adventurous palates.

We strive to satisfy diverse palettes by creating a modern interpretation of mezzes - small dishes that are traditionally rustic - that will dazzle both inquisitive vegetarians and those who crave meats and fish. The mezze format is perfect for guests looking to enjoy an appetizer with a cocktail or a full meal of well-paced courses.

A central open kitchen and dining bar with mezzanine seating above it, and tables lining the floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. With all that glass, it’s spectacular for people watching, from both inside and out.
