International Cryptozoology Museum

International Cryptozoology Museum
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit scientific, educational, and natural history museum.

We are the world's only cryptozoology museum. Our exhibits are about the discovery of hidden and unknown animals, from Cassie the Casco Bay Sea Serpent to North American Bigfoot, from the Japanese Kappas to Himalayan Yetis.

We also feature displays about the finds of "living fossils" and other classic animals of discovery - the successful cryptozoological stories. One of the most famous is the coelacanth. We have a 5.5 ft long, lifesize model of the first one taken off Africa in 1938 in the museum.

Please note, there is a "no admittance policy" one-half hour before closing. Doors will be locked at those times, but visitors already paying and entering will have until the posted closing time to view exhibits.

Regular Hours:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays- 11 AM to 4 PM

Fridays and Saturdays - 11 AM to 6 PM

Closed Tuesdays

**(Last visitors are admitted up to a half hour prior to posted closing time)**
