SUP on Androscoggin River

Enjoy the calm waters of the Androscoggin River and the benefits of some exercise outside with fellow paddleboarders! Once everyone has gathered, our Registered Maine Guide will lead the group on a casual paddle along the river. The pace and distance of the paddle will be easy, with adjustments based on the collective group’s ability.

ACTIVITY LEVEL: Easy.

WHERE TO MEET: Meet us at the parking lot of the Water Street Boat Landing (just left of the bollards at the beginning of the Androscoggin River Bicycle path).

WHAT TO BRING: Stand up paddleboard, board leash, personal flotation device (PFD), whistle, paddle, appropriate clothing (layers; no cotton), closed-toed shoes, snacks, water, personal medications.

OPTIONAL RECOMMENDED ITEMS: Drybag with an extra warm layer, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen.
