Mountain Biking Neptune Woods

Test your meddle as you pedal on some of the best single tracks in the area. Our experienced leader will share cycling tips and techniques as we proceed. The ride exertion level is classified as easy to moderate, and the pace will be adjusted up or down depending on the group’s fitness and experience.

ACTIVITY LEVEL: Easy.

WHERE TO MEET: Meet us in the parking lot with the green trailer.

WHAT TO BRING: Helmet (required), eye protection, bike, weather appropriate clothing (layers; no cotton), cycling shorts, cycling shirt, cycling shoes or closed-toed shoes appropriate for cycling, synthetic socks, tube repair kit, multi tool, snacks, water, personal medications.

OPTIONAL RECOMMENDED ITEMS: Cycling gloves, small day pack with extra clothes (for after the ride).
