Through stories and enthusiastic expert insight, Jolicoeur’s Cider Planet explores and celebrates the cultural history, methods, and terroir of world-class cider and how emergent regions and cider makers are building upon the old practices to create new traditions.

Advance registration is now available via Eventbrite at: Tickets will also be available at the door. A $10-20 contribution is suggested although no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

A Q&A session will follow Claude Jolicoeur’s presentation. Signed copies of Cider Planet will be available for purchase through Print Bookstore. UFF’s expanded line of wild-fermented ciders will be on tap for the event in addition to their full Tasting Room menu including Jun (NA option). All ages are welcome. A valid photo ID and 21+ age verification are required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol.
