Seeing is believing. If you're planning to visit for the first time, or if it's been a while since you stopped by, be prepared to be dazzled! We invite you to visit often and in all seasons. Magnificent gardens including the 2-acre Children's Garden, a world-class Sensory Garden, waterfront & woodland trails, exquisite stonework & sculpture on 270 acres.

The Boothbay region, at the end of a peninsula surrounded by salt water, is located just 10 miles off of Route 1. A popular destination for visitors from all over the world, the region boasts great scenery, restaurants, shops, accommodations, boat trips and fishing, lighthouses, and other attractions.

There are limitless ways to explore Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. You can experience the Gardens in every season and see the shoreline at every tide. You can discover each trail, on a quick hike or at a leisurely pace. You can try to find all the benches, or pieces of sculpture, or rhododendrons on the property. You can make your 'finds' through the lens of a camera - or a magnifying glass.

If you're a youngster, you can make your way through the Fairy House Village or join in a scavenger hunt. You and your grown-ups are also able to learn and play and imagine in the fantastic Bibby and Harold Alfond Children's Garden.

If the idea of seeing outstanding artworks by renowned artists appeals to you, imagine seeing them in magnificent settings. As you explore the Gardens, you'll surely discover the artwork that we've placed here for your enjoyment.
