From our state’s first Native American settlers through colonial America, to the ebbs and flows in the market spanning many generations, to today’s innovative entrepreneurs whose future in Maine food is just beginning to be fully realized, our Past, Present, Future tour is an inspirational and chronological journey that pays tribute to the human spirit of Maine.
