Jeff Buerhaus, chef and owner of Walter’s, is inspired by the flavors of Asia, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Fresh, seasonal menus, accented by inspired daily specials, reflect his flair for adding tempting, unique twists to traditional global ingredients.

Walter’s menus change with each season, and daily specials take shape in the kitchen only once Chef Buerhaus has surveyed which fresh ingredients are available.
