- Duties include: hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of all information specialists and volunteers, maintaining brochure racks and distribution of all member literature to satellite visitor centers, updating the CVB Visit Portland website for calendar of events listings, ensuring that all visitor calls, in person inquires and requests for information are appropriately directed while providing quality customer service to the traveling public and business referrals to all CVB members
