We are committed to providing an on-campus living experience that is more than just a place to sleep between classes and weekends at home.

We hope that our students will become involved in campus and residence hall activities and meet other students to foster personal growth and create an academic network that will enable all resident students to succeed in their major(s) of choice.

Residence hall space is limited at SMCC; the New Residence Hall has 300 beds available and the Surfsite Residence Hall has 150 beds available for nearly 7,000 students.
