Nestled between Portland's historic Old Port and East End districts, in the heart of what was once a largely Italian neighborhood, Ribollita fuses traditional Italian cuisine with the culinary innovation and unpretentious atmosphere for which Portland is famous.

Our menu features a variety of fresh local seafood, our own handmade pastas, as well as Italian favorites like veal osso bucco, and our namesake dish, ribollita.
