The Convention & Visitors Bureau works to attract motorcoach tours to the Greater Portland region.
Often tour operators plan for their passengers to have lunch on their own in the Old Port and a little time for shopping.
We have created a tool for the visitors that:
- * Provides them with knowledge of all the restaurant options.
- * Allows them to choose the type of cuisine they are interested in.
- * Offers a map with pinpoint locations for ease of finding restaurants.
This brochure provides passengers with a 10% discount when dining on their own for participating restaurants. Tour operators, tour guides and drivers see a tremendous value in this program and have helped us to inform thousands of passengers of all the dining options in the Old Port.
Note: All member restaurants are listed. Restaurant members offering the 10% discount are highlighted in red to stand out.
