For sixty years Grandma Paolina created hearty yet delicate handmade pastas and fresh sauces for her family.

Today, with a similar spirit, Christina and her staff joyfully recreate those decades old recipes with ingredients picked daily - many from our own organic farm. In addition to nearly all of our food being local and organic, well beyond our meats, dairy, and seafood, we are dedicated to environmentally sustainable business practices.

We are located on Bayview Landing (on the harbor side of bayview st). Head to the water from Rt. 1 and we are just off the public parking lot next to Maine Gathering and Camden Falls Gallery.
