Pai Men Miyake is Masa Miyake’s second restaurant in Portland.

Influenced by years of experience at highly acclaimed French and Italian restaurants in Tokyo and New York, Masa has crafted a distinctive style of his own.

Meaning “100 noodles” in Japanese, the focus is on Ramen with broths rich in pork and chicken. However on the warmer days of summer there is a myriad of more refreshing options such as lobster ceviche and salmon sashimi.

Although a more casual affair, the food shows the same quality and creative characteristics as the acclaimed dishes from the original Food Factory Miyake and Pai Men also offers a three and four course omakase option as well. With a large sake list, a full bar, and the option of outdoor seating, Pai Men is also an ideal place to spend a night out on the town.
