Since 1916, we have opened our doors to guests seeking a step back from the world in a tranquil location.

For some, a stay at Migis means relaxing on the porch, perhaps sipping a drink, and watching the sunlight filter through the soaring pine trees. Autumn is a particularly good time to appreciate Nature’s stillness and splendor.

For others, Migis means exploring the Wellness activities, or wandering through The Great Outdoors. Others come to enjoy our spectacular Waterfront, with waterskiing, beaches, canoes and fishing for landlocked salmon. Parents appreciate the wide range of Kid Stuff. And for bridal couples, of course, Migis is also the place to come for Weddings.

Migis Lodge is a magical location for a wedding and reception.

We host weddings in May and the first weekends in June, then after Columbus Day until around the first of November. We work with each couple to customize the events, ensuring that their vision becomes ours.

Our brides and grooms will enjoy our undivided attention as they have exclusive use of the property on their wedding day. Guests are offered a special bed and breakfast rate and will enjoy overnight accommodations in our 35 cottages and 6 lodge rooms.

Migis is one of New England’s most popular meeting sites. The entire resort features wireless Internet access. Boulders, our conference center, boasts state of the art audio-visual equipment, including large screen data-quality projection and teleconferencing capabilities. Our secluded setting, elegant accommodations, gourmet meals, and attention to detail are all conducive to allowing meeting participants to focus on their goals.
