The Maine Eastern Railroad operates Wednesday through Saturday from June through October Foliage Season, with special Holiday Trains in December.

Our fleet is comprised of restored streamlined stainless steel railcars from the Art Deco era. Our railway dining car offers a variety of snacks and beverages served cafe style, in a social setting surrounded by scenery and historic highlights.
From the comfort of your air conditioned coach, you'll have a front row seat to some of Maine's most breathtaking vistas. Amenities include large viewing windows, comfortable overstuffed seats and Maine hospitality.
With stops in Bath and Wiscasset, the train meanders along the craggy coast for 57 miles between Rockland and Brunswick, where you'll spot charming seaside villages, sailboats tacking in the breeze and swooping gulls.
During the fall, trees glow with a kaleidoscope of color. Keep your eye out for the occasional moose, deer and bald eagle too! Sit back and watch the beauty of Maine unfold before your eyes.
