The Holiday House is a combination of Bed & Breakfast and Motel lodgings.

The entire property is oceanfront, with the motel building just behind the main house, which houses the inn.

The main attraction, of course, is the beach. All guests enjoy lounging outside the front of the inn, on our lawns and deck lounge chairs. Here you can view the beauty of the sand and beach, and hear the surf. A few steps and you're on the beach and in the water, enjoying the best of the Maine coast. We also offer free wireless internet.

Bed & Breakfast Accomodations feature unique, beautiful rooms. Almost all have ocean views, and a few have private decks. All offer complimentary continental breakfast, private bath, air conditioning and television, and free wireless internet.

Motel Rooms are roomy, bright, clean and inviting. All rooms include air conditioning, telephone and private bath. Motel accommodations include the use of our community kitchen for preparing meals and storing groceries.
