The Grand Beach Inn is one of the newest lodging facilities in Old Orchard Beach offering very large rooms and suites with kitchen facilities making us a popular place for families.

All rooms, with the exception of our King Suite, have two double beds.
Full control over the heat and air conditioning ensure comfort and our deluxe balcony rooms all have private balconies overlooking the courtyard where you can relax. If you're planning an extended stay, you can save on meals by reserving a room with a full kitchen or a kitchenette.

We now have waterfront units available for rentals. We recently purchased a waterfront building (Building 'M'). The building has 6 units, all directly on the beach, with a view that will never be forgotten. Building 'M' is available for weekly stays.

We offer weekly rates during the off-season from Labor Day until May. These rates are based on a stay of 30 days or more and does require a security deposit of one week's charge. With our convenient location, you won't have to go far to find lots of fun things to do. Take a stroll along the beach to the town center where all the action is. The famous Old Orchard Pier has shops and restaurants and the amusement park has all kinds of fun rides and games for children of all ages.
