Q: How can I go above and beyond my member benefits?
Use your membership benefits to the full value -- stay active with posting coupons, updating your events, and actively checking leads and convention calendar. Let us know of any changes to your staff and organization, etc.
Q: How can I stay updated with what the CVB is doing (for example,events, publications, tradeshows, etc.)?
Make sure you are receiving Newsletter (add
news@visitportland as a "safe sender" in your e-mail program) and visit the website under the members tab.
Q: Where are you located?
Our administrative staff is located downtown on 94 Commercial St and our Information Centers are located at Ocean Gateway, Portland Jetport, and Long Wharf seasonally.
Q: Where can I drop off my brochures and materials?
Drop off your brochure at the Ocean Gateway. Large deliveries and deliveries made during the off-season need to be scheduled with
Jenn Tomlinson, our Information Center Manager.
