EARTH AT HIDDEN POND
Earth’s menu focuses on “farm to fork” freshness, with a menu that derives inspiration from the Farm at Hidden Pond and local farms, cheese makers, foragers, farmers and fisherman of Maine.
Menu highlights include wood oven roasted fiddlehead ferns; peekytoe crab toasts with avocado and French cocktail sauce; wood roasted local Maine lobster cooked in the restaurant’s wood oven served with green curry butter and grilled lemon; and roasted line caught black bass with garden herbs, jalapeno and Malabar spinach.
For lighter fare at lunch, dine poolside at the Farm Bar, a rustic yet elegant lunchtime spot, overlooking our pond and organic vegetable garden.
Equal attention has been paid to Earth’s wine and cocktail menus. Cocktails are inspired by the earth too, incorporating lemon balm, sweet cicely, and basil among other flowers and herbs. A superb collection of our own infused liquors and spirits showcases our local bounty.
