• Group discounts. For groups of 10 or more, call for group discounts on airline and car rental rates, overnight room rates and attraction tickets. 
   
• Market your event on the Internet. Link to the CVB's homepage, www.visitportland.com, so your attendees can prepare for their visit to Maine. 
   
• Send conference date reminders on scenic Maine postcards to build the allure... Better yet, send a 'DVD Postcard' of Maine filled with breathtaking scenery.
