Our Portland Facility includes an on premises boutique smokehouse where we handcraft smoked salmon, fish and select shellfish. Our smokemaster, using only the highest quality fresh fish and shellfish cured in a brine of all natural ingredients which are free of chemicals, dyes, and preservatives, has taken this age-old food preservation method and turned it into an art form.
