Comprised of two buildings, each with 5 rooms beautifully appointed guest rooms the Victorian Main House built in 1903 by John Calvin Stevens during the beaches heyday, and a 1920’s bungalow called The Cottage.

Choose from a cozy, romantic room for two to a two-bedroom suite for a family of five. Our newly renovated one-bedroom kitchenette suites are also available. All rooms have private bathes, air-conditioned and are non-smoking.

Guests wake each morning to the scent of fresh brewed gourmet coffee and home-made muffins, part of the delicious continental breakfast awaiting you in our dining areas, enjoy eating breakfast outside and watch the world go by from our spacious Victorian front Porch or Garden Gazebo shaded by White Birch Trees. Then enjoy relaxing watching TV, or reading a book in one of our elegant, comfortable living rooms or lounging by the pool.

The yard offers a heated in-ground pool and a well-maintained lawn for badminton or croquet.

Located on a quiet tree lined corner, guests can easily walk a minute to shops and restaurants and 2 minutes to the Pier, amusement area and 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach.
