19th Century Willowbrook Village, Newfield, Maine

The way life used to be! Two historic houses and their barns, a reproduction schoolhouse and bandstand, and a millpond grace this restored country village.

Bring a picnic or enjoy lunch on site. Horse-drawn sleighs and carriages, 1849 Concord stagecoach, 1894 carousel, trades and tool exhibits (blacksmith, canoemaker, cooper, harnessmaker, printer, shoemaker, woodworker, etc.).

19th Century Willowbrook Village is open Thursday through Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday) beginning Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through October, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Sandwich Shop and Ice Cream Parlor are open the same days as the Village, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No ticket needed to enjoy a delicious lunch or ice cream treat at these facilities.

The Country Store is open the same hours as the museum and no ticket is needed to shop! Stop by to see our expanded shop and new merchandise! Candles, books, cards, maple products, candy from your childhood, toys, kitchen gadgets, weather sticks, a variety of Maine-made gift items, walking sticks and more!
